Design and engineering, applied to your growth.

Starfish Growth comes from Starfish Engineering. Websites, UX, automation, integrations and security are what we build every day. Here's the work behind the claim, and exactly how we'll report yours.

Methodology

How we know what's working.

Numbers you can trust come from plumbing you can check. This is the standard every account runs on.

  1. 01

    Tracking tested end to end

Before launch, a test inquiry runs from the ad to the report. If it doesn't arrive, nothing goes live.

  2. 02

    Every lead keeps its source

Calls, forms and bookings carry the campaign that produced them through to the estimate and the job.

  3. 03

    Qualified, not just counted

Duplicates, existing customers and spam are separated out, so cost per lead means cost per real opportunity.

  4. 04

    Gaps reported, not hidden

Where a job can't be traced or an outcome can't be verified, the report says so.

At $100 per lead, $6,000 of media brings 60 leads. If 30% reach an estimate and half of those win, that's nine jobs. At $4,000 revenue per job and a 40% gross margin, that's $14,400 of job gross profit. Benchmark: LocaliQ, home-services search ads, median cost per lead $90.92 across 3,211 U.S. campaigns, Apr 2024–Mar 2025, with wide variation by trade.

Client case studies, when they're earned.

We publish advertising results only after an engagement produces attributable outcomes, and only with the client's permission. Until then, we'd rather show you our method than a number we can't stand behind.

Next step

Start with a growth assessment.

A short review of your marketing, lead handling and job economics. You'll see where inquiries are being lost and how many extra jobs it takes to break even. It ends in a scoped pilot proposal.
