What we collect
When you request an assessment, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, company, contact details and the business information you choose to share. Our first-party measurement records page paths, assessment clicks, form starts, session identifiers and campaign or ad-click identifiers. Form contact details are not included in that measurement stream.
How we use it
We use assessment details to respond to your request, prepare your assessment and, if you go ahead, scope a pilot. We use first-party measurement to understand how visitors find the site and where the inquiry process can improve. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
Client data
For clients, advertising accounts and first-party customer data belong to the client. We access them only to deliver the service, and access ends when the engagement does.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete what you've sent at any time by replying to any email from us.
